After an accident we made this extensive repair. We fabricated new boom sections. We overhauled the deformed cylinder. We repaired the damaged engine. The customer got back his crane in like new condition.

Cylinder

Terex AC 100 L

Cylinder tube and the chromium had deep scratches. We fabricated a new tube and a new rod. We delivered the cylinder like new including warranty.

Liebherr LTM 1090-2

The cylinder tube was cracked. We fabricated a new tube and the cylinder got a complete overhauling.

Liebherr LTM 1060-2

The chromium surface and the nut was damaged. We replaced the rod and the nut. The cylinder got a complete overhauling including new seals and high pressure testing.

Liebherr LTM 1500

The cylinder did not hold the pressure. We replaiced the seals, honed the tube, polished the rod and made a complete overhauling.

Liebherr LTM 1160-1

The cylinder rod and tube was made new by reusing the ends. The cylinder was assembled with new seal kits and tested with high pressure.

Liebherr LTM 1100-5.1

Repairing a damaged telematic-cylinder. Fabricating new guiding rails. Fabricating new rod section. Honing the tube, Assembling with new seal kits. High pressure testing.

Krupp KMK 6200

Repairing a damaged cylinder. Fabricating a new rod section. Honing the damaged tube. Overhauling the damaged valves. Assembling with new seal kits. High pressure testing.
